You know how it goes. At the start of every year someone has a resolution to eat better and/or exercise. I’m sure this year is no different. With us being in the house more than ever over the last year, we could all stand to add some more exercise into our routines. So many of us live in cities where gyms are closed. Home workouts to the rescue! We’ve been following some queens that are helping us get our life right when it comes to fitness. They have lots of workouts online (for free). If you’re really feeling what they have to offer, they also have programs and/or challenges to join to get more!

Ready to start the year off moving your body? Let’s go! One of the first ladies we noticed on Instagram is Brittne Babe. She hosts a challenge where you do the workouts and enter to win money. She also regularly posts moves to try on Instagram along with workouts on YouTube.
Massy Arias posts full workouts on Instagram. She makes it all look so easy. Hint: It’s not. She hosts programs that come with food suggestions as well. She also own a company that produces lots of supplements like protein powders.
Jeanette Jenkins is known in Hollywood for being a trainer to the stars. She also has programs for sale on line. She shows various modifications so the routines work for all fitness levels.
Tiara Scoops shares lots of videos on Instagram that focus on one area at a time. She even sells fitness equipment to assist in your home sweat sessions.
Another one to check out is Nicci Robinson is one of the four female expert trainers on the FitBodyApp. She also posts lots of fitness content on Instagram to get you moving and motivated.
