As March comes to a close, we also end Women’s History Month. This month has been dedicated to recognizing and celebrating women’s achievements, contributions, and struggles throughout history. There are a number of women who have paved the way forward and many of them were mothers. So while Women’s History Month is about looking back; it’s also a great time to look at the incredible women around us making an impact. That includes the moms who inspire us every day.

Let’s take a minute to shout out the trailblazers among us. They blaze trails in work and life in general. They shatter the glass ceilings and make room for others to follow. These are the mothers who make contributions to their communities, workplaces, and families. They balance careers, raise children, or advocate for change, They remind us that motherhood and ambition coexist. We don’t have to choose.

Then there are the moms who are everyday heroes. We always celebrate famous figures and historical icons during Women’s History Month. Let’s not forget the everyday women who make a difference in our lives. From single mothers working multiple jobs to provide for their families to stay-at-home moms dedicating their time to nurturing their children. Every mother is a hero in her own right. This month is a reminder to appreciate the women who have shaped, supported, and inspired us.

As Women’s History Month comes to a close, stay empowered and in solidarity making history in your own way. Let’s continue to support and uplift women in all aspects of their lives. Whether it’s in the workplace, the home, or the community – we see you.
