If you’re anything like us, you’ve already had a few weeks of of your timeline being filled with the cuteness of back to school pictures. It’s already that time. Before we know it, we’ll turn around an be looking Halloween in the eye. HOW?
There’s nothing we can do to slow down time. It just keeps flying. Our kids have been in school for just over a month now and there have already been some er, situations. There have been interactions with other kids and teachers that remind us that we need to give our kids a little extra. We need to build them up differently and keep them encouraged. One thing that has been a go to with our kids has been affirmations. It’s as simple as repeating a few words that build them up. During the quick car ride to the school is as good a time as any for some motivation and encouragement. We have to take every opportunity to remind our kids that they are special, loved and worthy.
